Britannia House is a 60,000 sq ft development in the heart of Shoreditch. Our brief from Rainbow Properties was to create four images to illustrate the different parts of the development.
The project was split into two parts. The expansive ground floor was to be presented as a creative office space. Here the design principle was urban and industrial – concrete is left bare, the air ducts are exposed, and street-like fluorescent tones are introduced in the furnishings.
The second part of development was an extension on the roof of the building that will consist of more office space and a series of pent-houses above. To illustrate this part of the development, we created an external view of the building and used furnishings internally to hint at the proposed use. We then created an internal view facing outwards to highlight the impressive view residents will enjoy.
